Operations management
Many security companies still plan their patrol districts with spreadsheets, fixed sequences and recurring routes. That costs time, ties up staff and makes routines predictable.
SecuritGo combines routes, priorities, shift times and patrol rounds into one digital workflow. The control room can see at any time who is on the road, which stations have already been checked and where action is needed.
Dynamic route adjustment avoids fixed routines. In case of breakdowns or absences, routes can be handed over seamlessly.
Automated route assignments and optimized staff deployment save planning time and help reduce fuel and energy costs.
Real-time information and direct communication connect the control room and security officers from the start of the shift to the proof of service.
Sites & checkpoints
Define which stations belong to a site and what needs to be checked there. The map and detail view bring positions, tasks and inspection requirements together in one interface.
Available and already assigned checkpoints are listed separately. The map shows where each station is located on the site.
Name, description, tasks and files bundle the information for each checkpoint – such as locking doors or activating the alarm system.
Coordinates and a validation radius define the spatial boundaries for the GPS check. In the example shown, the radius is 15 meters.
Mobile app
The SecuritGo mobile app guides security officers along optimized routes, displays checkpoints and documents patrols right on site. Planning, navigation, inspection and proof of service become one seamless digital process.
Available for Android and iOS.

Live control room
From the first site to the last station: the live view connects the route sequence with the map. Ongoing trips, open reports and data-driven patrol recommendations give your control room a real-time overview.
The stations are listed in order next to the map. Together with the last reported position, you can see exactly where the operation currently stands.
Active, completed and skipped stations are color-coded. Checkpoint and task counters show the progress for each site.
Arrival times, deviations from the plan and the actual time on site compared to the target make the timeline easy to trace.
Platform
One system. One database. No duplicate data entry.
Combines locations, priorities, time windows and shift times into efficient routes. Responds flexibly to alarm responses and unforeseen events.
More about route planningProve patrols, record times and document incidents with notes and photos. Security officers see tasks and station status directly in the app. The mobile app also works offline.
More about the guard tour systemAll stations, tasks and times at a glance. Checkpoints are confirmed via NFC scan and patrols are documented without gaps.
Record incidents right on site: choose the incident type, add a note and a photo. This keeps events traceable for the control room and field staff.
Vehicle types and the charging cycles of electric vehicles are factored into planning. In case of breakdowns or absences, routes can be handed over seamlessly to other staff.
The patrols, incidents and working hours recorded in the guard tour system make the course of operations traceable for the control room. The integrated logbook adds notes and photos to the records.
